Sarah Hayley Orrantia
Sarah Hayley Orrantia (born February 21st, 1994) is an American performer, actress and songwriter. Her most well-known role is the one of Erica Goldberg in the ABC comedy series The Goldbergs. She was a part of Lakoda Rayne, a country pop group formed by Paula Abdul during the first season of The X Factor. In 2015, she released her debut single "Love Sick". Her debut EP, The Way Out, was released in May of 2019. Orrantia began singing at the age of was 9 years old. She began her professional training at the age of 12. The first song she wrote was at 13 years old. At the age of 13, she wrote her first song. Orrantia auditioned to The X Factor in the summer of 2011. Orrantia was a YouTube video submission was chosen by judges and received four "yeses" votes during the live auditions. She initially auditioned as a solo artist. However, during Hollywood Week, Orrantia and three female performers were grouped together to perform the rest of the auditions. They were eliminated during the fifth week of live performances.
